*** INTERVIEWING *** Warehouse Operations Team Members - 3 Full Time Positions Available Full Time hours Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. FLEXIBLE as needed. First 90 days (3 months) are probationary. After successfully completing the Probationary Period, we offer a Paid Vacation Structure beginning right after. Standard Paid Sick Days Paid Holidays Off. Responsibilities Include: • Maintain Shipping and Receiving processes to properly record inbound and outbound inventory • Shipping and Receiving, Load and unload trucks while safely operating warehouse equipment. • Assembly of merchandise as needed and prepare merchandise for order fulfillment • Pick, Pack and Ship Amazon, Ebay, Walmart and Amazon FBA orders. • Double check and support the accuracy and integrity of product package information and labeling. • Strong Organizational Skills, Continuously consolidate the inventory daily to utilize warehouse space and collect available pallets for inbound inventory and outbound FBA orders. • Process all returns to identify and prepare items for resale or determine as parts. • Report and communicate any discrepancies requiring moderate to immediate attention to the rest of the team and Manager. • Repacking of merchandise to replace damaged boxes • Accurately maintain inventory of returns and merchandise at all times. • Comfortable using a computer to communicate and track inventory levels. And to process additional customer orders. • Follow up and support Warehouse Team Leader in areas of large projects and task completion. • Work closely with manager and teammates to achieve positive growth results, communication and productivity goals. • Keep a clean and safe working environment. • Perform other tasks as needed to support the team. Work Ethics and Skills Needed: - “Can Do” work habits - Always keeping busy - Bi-Lingual is a plus but not required ( Spanish, English, Chinese ) - Forklift Experience & Certified is a plus but not required - Basic Math - Reliable, Responsible, Self Starter We work together as a team to always achieve productive days.
