*Must have basic handyman/maintenance knowledge
*Must have a valid driver's license
*Must have a car/truck
*Must have basic power tools
*2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a residential facility or similar industry.
* Ability to understand basic instructions verbally or in written form.
* Ability to frequently lift and/or move items
* Ability to frequently climb, kneel, stoop, crouch and/or crawl.
* Ability to work around chemical cleaning solutions.
* Ability to be able to handle related maintenance issues that could arise day to day in residential and multifamily properties.
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM. Must be able to do on-call for major emergencies after hours & weekends
Pay - $17 - $19/hrs
