Get a Better Job at Industrial Source and Make Things Happen! Position Open: Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative, supporting Industrial Source customers. Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Location: Portland. What You’ll Do: • Build and successfully maintain customer relationships and provide customer support • Determine what customers want, help create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process • Problem-solve and actively seek solutions with grace & integrity • Be the trusted primary point of contact for both our customers and account managers • Assist Account Managers in accurately onboarding new customers • Fully learn and understand our products, brand, and customers • Provide vending machine support: creating re-stock orders and inventory troubleshooting • Keep everyone in the loop with your professional verbal & electronic communication • Assist walk-in and phone customers with welding questions and products • Handle a variety of sales, customer service and store operational support tasks o Includes order entry, inventory receiving, and merchandising Who You Are: • Enthusiastic, customer-focused team player • Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment while working independently • Process improver who strives to deliver personalized service based on individual customer needs • Enjoy working on multiple projects at the same time while showing flexibility with priorities • Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized • Dependable: the ability to arrive at work on time each day, ready to work • Comfortable with technology, including mobile • Embrace differing perspectives to make better decisions • Highly curious • Eager to learn, improving skills every day and ready to do the best work of your career • Energized by the challenge to make a difference Why Us?
