We often use them topically or aromatically, in cooking and cleaning, as a fragrance, in massage or even on animals! They are useful, powerful allies in our quest for wellness. But what exactly are essential oils, and where do they come from? How can we use them? How will they benefit our health? Please join us for an introductory class to essential oils. Our class will walk you through the basics of essential oils; what they are, where they come from, and how to safely and effectively use them! We will go over how you can kick toxic chemicals from your home, replace them with essential oils, how to boost your immune systems and assist your body at functioning at its highest potential.
