Meditation meet-up is a monthly reunion of spiritual enthusiasts for the full moon. Includes yoga, sound bowl, meditation & vibe check. Established in October 2019, the meditation meet-up with CheChe is a monthly reunion of spiritual enthusiasts in reflection of the full moon. In addition to intuitive guidance on astrology and breath work, these sessions include yoga, group meditation and group chat which aides in group therapy and healing. The events are typically held on Saturday evenings for about 90 minutes at local Orlando studios. The meditation meet-up has grown to become a safe space for those on their spiritual journey looking for other people on their own spiritual journey. We cry, we scream, we breathe, we dream, we connect. We recommitment to ourselves while also learning who we are as we study the lunar cycles of our lives.
