Gahanna Kidsfest is the premier event of the year to connect with local area families. Great way to find new customers & help area families! Vendor RegistrationWhen: Friday, May 20th (Friday, 5PM - 8PM)Where:  Shepherd Christian School (425 Hamilton Rd, Gahanna, OH 43230)Who Attends:  Families from the Gahanna, Reynoldsburg, New Albany and surrounding areas How it works: The event is outdoors, and families will pre-register to attend. You will be assigned a booth space where you can meet families to provide information, sell products, collect information, and more. Gahanna 5k/10 or Treasure Run: Waver of 5k runners - awards to top 5 in the wave, and medals for all runners / walkers - run the beautiful Big Walnut Creek Trail. Treasure Run (.5 or 1 mile) run to 2 different candy hunt / prize areas! All finishers receive a neat Safari hat for the Treasure Run only. Great area to interact with families. Kids provide hand sanitizer or food service gloves before petting animals. Fun is back! $400Fun Zone Area (Gold): The Bounce Park is back! Super fun area including slides, obstacle course, and other bounce items. Presenting sponsor of area includes 5'x2' sign at entrance of area plus 30 free passes. #1 area. $400Lollipop Game (Gold): You receive 250 lollipops in a sucker tree. The tree has 4 different levels with suckers on each level. Kids pick flash cards to determine which sucker they win. Very engaging area and fun! $400Cookies or Popcorn  (Gold):  You pick 1 of the items and have 150 servings to hand out from your booth (prepackaged)!  Fun part of our family fun theme - Extremely popular!  We provide all the supplies and items for it. $400 per item Entrance (Gold):  Signage /banner at front entrance + your flyers distributed at main entrance + Booth near entrance + Included on event promotional material!
