A morning retreat for all who identify as women. When was the last time you took a break from your daily routine of caring and serving others to meet your own needs? When was the last time you spent time focusing on your own needs, desires, and intentions? Join us for a morning of renewal, intention setting, and self-care. 8:30-8:55 am: Registration and light refreshments 9:00 am: Yoga with Cheryl Robertson of Yoga Flo Wellness (Yoga Instructor) 10:00 am: Art Therapy intention setting activity with Amber Thomas of Brush Box (Licensed Art Therapist) 11:00 am: Body work with Amy Kroll of Full Circle Healing (Licensed Professional Counselor) $40 cost includes all sessions above, light refreshments, & a small self-care package. *Please note, we never turn anyone away due to financial constraints.
