This free two-hour CE course will prepare you for working with first-time homebuyers and down payment assistance programs This 2-hr CE class will examine who qualifies as a First-Time Homebuyer, what loan programs are available to first-time buyers, and also provide a general overview of down-payment assistance programs and examine specific DPA programs including CHFA, metroDPA, and the Diamond program.
