Join Jamie Nicholas, founder of Mighty Mindful Beings, for a weekly Mindful Mondays Meditation Class. The class focuses on practicing mindfulness in order to calm the mind, find inner peace, and improve mental clarity. You'll first be guided through how to prepare your mind and body to meditate then be gently led through a 15-20 minute guided meditation that will leave you feeling relaxed, at peace, and inspired to bring the practice of mindfulness into your daily life. Enjoy the countless benefits of mindfulness and meditation in this short 30-minute class.
This class is open to all experience levels and is FREE for members, $10 for Non-Members. Please register for class at front desk to receive your class pass.
