Experience and transportation is a must.
Some examples of the work orders we receive are :
*Painting....could be small painting such as touch ups or could be sanding / painting / priming an entire unit.
* Minor Electrical such as changing light bulbs and ballasts.
* Minor Plumbing such as servicing a clogged toilet
* Cleaning
