Devon will lead you through a deeply relaxing mindful meditation of breath into the pure harmonious sounds of the crystal bowls (and other instruments) to bring a sense of ease to your body, mind and spirit. Sound is simply a pathway back home to your intended natural state of being. No previous experience with meditation or sound needed. If you’re a living human looking to relax- that’s enough.
