Need foster home for dwarf goat

I'm looking for a foster home for my Nigerian dwarf goat, Oreo. I will pay for his food while I attend school and look for a property in an agricultural zone. He is in tact (not neutered) and I would like to keep him that way. His first bday is June 16th. He is very friendly and curious.
