Coming to KC is a band like you've never seen, at least not for 30 years. From a fog of heavy metal & hairspray comes TungTiedKC. KC needs a reason to party like it's 1985...or the 80's in general. Grab your band t-shirt, throw on some hairspray and cruise down in your bitchin ride. We'll play some of your favorites and some of our own stuff too. TungTiedKC is bringing back those party-hard vibes. You'll see why your Mom raves about the 80s. It'll be a night to remember...or forget. By purchasing a ticket and attending the performance at the Westport Bowery on April 8, 2022 (hereinafter the “Event”), the ticket holder understands, agrees and consents to the following terms: I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE TungTiedKC, Encore Empire LLC and/or any of its agents, contractors, employees, owners, volunteers, and any other persons or entities involved in the production of the Event from any and all claims, losses, or liabilities for death, personal injury, partial or permanent disability, property damage, theft, or damage of any kind, including economic losses, which may arise by reason of my presence at the Event. To the extent possible by law, I hereby fully waive, release, and discharge all parties notwithstanding their own negligent acts or omissions or the negligent acts or omissions of others. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Band, or any of its owners, members, employees, volunteers and agents be liable for any direct, incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages of any kind. You hereby assume any and all risks, whether expressly set forth herein, as well as any other risks or dangers incidental, or in any way relating to the Event, including those arising from or relating to the acts or omissions of third parties (including but not limited to Event attendees, Venue owners, operators, staff, employees or agents) including risk of loss or damage to your personal property and risks of personal injury. The Band or its designee(s), successor(s), or assign(s) shall have the right to record, publish, print, display or otherwise publicly use, for purposes of trade or for any commercial or advertising purpose or any sale, resale or other distribution of visual, audio or audiovisual productions, including broadcast, re-broadcast, live stream or other reproduction, articles of merchandise or any other medium, whether now existing or hereinafter developed, your name, image, portrait, photograph, voice and/or other likeness, without compensation or notification to or additional consent by you. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS SET FORTH IN ABOVE, DO NOT ATTEND THE EVENT.
