The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt. July 18 Michael Mahaffey, 31, of Christiana, Tennessee, was charged with DUI-alcohol and improper lane use at 1:21 a.m. following a traffic stop at State and Illinois streets. Mahaffey was issued an Aug. 10 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.July 23 Joseph Campise, 47, of Geneva, was charged with battery at 3:07 p.m. following an incident in the 1000 block of Singer Avenue. Campise was issued an Aug. 10 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
