We will gather in circle to open our hearts and release whatever we are carrying to open the space for the forgiveness & mercy of Ramadan
During this time we will use our breath to bring attention and let go the tension of the day and a guided meditation. This will be followed by reflection, Dhikr and journaling. This will not only let go of heavier emotions from our hearts but will allow any tension in our bodies to be released rejuvenation your body, soul and spirit.
