Description

The General Cleaner is responsible for maintaining sanitary and safety ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Daily mopping of tile floors and vacuuming of carpeted floors. Daily cleaning and sanitizing of restroom floors and fixtures. Daily dusting. Remove and dispose of inside and outside trash. Notify Facilities Coordinator of needed supplies, equipment, repairs, and services. Keep walkway free from debris and ice (as directed). Replace light bulbs, paper products, and soap as needed. Complete site cleaning checklists. Perform special cleaning duties as assigned e.g., wax floors, carpet cleaning, moving furniture, Etc. Participate in required program meetings and training. Comply with agency policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, and ABILITY Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Knowledge of basic cleaning equipment and practices. Must be able to work with minimum supervision. Must follow written instructions pertaining to cleaning the site. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED High School Diploma or GED is a plus Must be able to start immediately Apply now for consideration
