Job duties include but are not limited to: demolition, carpentry, interior & exterior repairs & renovations, tiling, repair & installation of wood/vinyl flooring, sheet rocking, plastering, taping, painting, custodial tasks, seasonal work such as landscaping, snow removal, etc. Electrical knowledge a plus. 5 years + verifiable experience Valid NYS Driver's License Union Position with benefits Must Include Resume and References
