The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest or charge is not an indication of guilt. Aug. 22 Amber Remes, 40, of Lemont, was charged with domestic battery and resisting/obstructing a peace officer following an incident in the 14800 block of Steven Court. Remes was issued an Oct. 12 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.Aug. 27 Ivan Perez, 32, of Aurora, was charged with battery following an incident in the 14700 block of National Park Drive. Perez was issued a Sept. 16 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
