Fall out shelter??

I live in the Limerick/Boyertown Area of Eastern Pa. Does anyone know of any public buildings in my area that has public fall out shelters? I know of a Mine tunnel in Schwenksville that could be used as a fall out shelter but there is water in it and the tunnel is only 650 feet long and is almost 400 years old so indeed a public designed fall out shelter is more able to protect one. Again does anyone know of public fall out shelters. There use to be one in the basement of the union back in Schwenksville but the bank closed down a few years ago.
