This annual student-led conference aims to showcase the abundant opportunities that the aerospace industry has to offer to UCR students. CONFERENCE OVERVIEW Now in its second year, this annual student-led conference aims to showcase the abundant opportunities that the aerospace industry has to offer. VISION We aim to inspire our community to innovate new aerospace technologies for the betterment of the world. There are many new technologies that are being developed for a wide array of real-world applications. These include search- and-rescue, medical supply delivery, firefighting, and many more. With such diverse applications and an ever-growing industry behind them, we want our community to be able to leverage their skills and passions into developing the innovations of tomorrow. Hundreds of UCR students are actively developing and advancing aerospace technologies, from building autonomous aircraft to liquid-fueled rockets. We can encourage these ground-breaking projects by gathering support for them and providing an opportunity for our community to see the impacts that the aerospace industry leaves on daily life. MISSION Inspire prospective engineers to pursue a career in aerospace.Educate students and the UCR community about the aerospace industry's impact and opportunities.Showcase aerospace-oriented UCR student organizations and highlight their projects and innovations.TARGET AUDIENCE We welcome undergraduate students, high school seniors, UCR alumni, industry professionals, and company recruiters. We hope to attract 200-300 live attendees, creating an atmosphere similar to that of a major technology conference such as CES or E3.
