Spayed mini lop bunny

I have a beautiful spayed silver/gray/white mini lop bunny looking for a forever indoor only home, due to no fault of her own. She is about 3 years old, and about 5 lbs, and already spayed. She is a little shy, but loves treats and is very sweet. Has never tried to bite, and has been handled by kids. Uses a litter box well, and is used to lots of room to explore. She may be a good candidate for bonding to another neutered rabbit, she has gotten along with other rabbits in the past, but bunnies can be picky about friends, so I would want to make sure her new adopter could provide her a safe area in case bonding does not work. Her adoption fee is $100, to help cover some of the cost of her spay, she will not come with a cage, as they are too small. She will need a large exercise pen and litterbox, and will ask for a photo of your setup.
