The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest or charge is not an indication of guilt. Nov. 14 Luciano Ocelotl-Montes, 30, of Chicago, was charged with driving without valid license (never issued) and speeding 21-25 mph over the limit at 7:21 a.m. following a traffic stop at Lemont and Old Lemont roads. Ocelotl-Montes was issued a Dec. 3 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.Nov. 20 Renado Farley, 36, of Bellwood, was charged with driving without valid license (expired more than one year), driving without valid CDL and operating an overweight vehicle at 7:31 p.m. following a traffic stop at Lockport Street and New Avenue. Farley was issued a Jan. 12 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.Nov. 21 Andrejus Kornijenko, 35, of Lemont, was charged with DUI-alcohol and speeding 35+ mph over limit at 1:34 a.m. following a traffic stop at Main Street and Maley Road. Kornijenko was issued a Jan. 12 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.Nov. 22 Richard Guerrero, 65, of Lemont, was charged with DUI-alcohol, speeding 1-20 mph over the limit, operating an uninsured vehicle and improper lane use at 1:10 a.m. following a traffic stop in the 13000 block of Archer Avenue. Guerrero was issued a Jan. 14 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.Nov. 25 Patrick Foran, 57, of Homer Glen, was charged with DUI-alcohol, following too closely, disobeying a stop sign, improper turn and failure to signal at 8:06 p.m. following a traffic stop in the 500 block of Main Street. Foran was issued a Jan. 14 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
