Join Nurse Blake & IMPACT as we deliver over 530k petition signatures to the Joint Commission HQ Office. Then join us for a FREE Pizza Party Join Nurse Blake & IMPACT in Chicago on Tuesday, March 15th at the Joint Commission Headquarters from 11-1pm to deliver 530,000 petition signatures and to make our voices heard. Afterward, meet us across the street at Lou Malnati's for FREE pizza from 1-3pm. (We encourage sign making, scrubs, & noisemakers.) This is a positive, community-building event. Please no profanity or negative energy. Petition Delivery Details (11-1pm):Meet us at the Joint Commission Headquarters Address: 1 Renaissance Blvd, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181 We will be meeting and gathering outside of their office for pictures and videos. We will then walk to the front door to deliver the 530k petition signatures. This gathering will be fully outside. There is no official parking. Park at your own risk. If you choose to park at Home Depot or StayBridge Suites you can use the cross walk at 22nd and Butterfield Rd. The closest train station: Downers Grove (5001 Main St, Downers Grove, IL 60515). Pizza Party Details (1-3pm):Meet us after the petition delivery at Lou Malnati's Address:18W080 22nd St, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181 This event is first-come, first-serve. This space has a maximum capacity of 150 people at a time. Free parking is available at Lou Malnati's. This is a FREE pizza party. Donations are welcome to help cover the cost of the restaurant buyout. These injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or other’s actions, inactions, or negligence, or the condition of the Activity location (s) or facility (ies). Nonetheless, I assume all risks of my participation in this Activity, whether known or unknown to me, including travel to and from the Activity (including air travel) or any events incidental to this Activity.
