Stat Restoration Kalispell, MT We are looking for self-motivated, hardworking candidates to join our developing team! Stat Restoration specializes in residential and commercial cleanings ranging from emergency water mitigation to seasonal carpet cleanings. This job posting is specific to technician work, where you will work alongside a crew with direction and training from a supervisor. FULL/PART TIME. Pay Range: $17.00 to $20.00/hour depending on experience. *Growth opportunities within company will be available. Job Overview -Common services provided: ---water extraction and mitigation (includes assistance with monitoring of water migration and dry tracking of affected areas), ---mold remediation, ---fire/smoke remediation, ---biohazard clean up, ---demolition and debris removal, ---carpet cleaning. -Ensure a safe and clean worksite. -Provide excellent customer service. -Capability to work under time limitations to meet customer or insurance needs. -Attention to detail and care for customer’s property. -Participate and uphold safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. -Communicate loss site updates daily regarding status and/or concerns to supervisor. Qualifications -IICRC certifications (not required). -Industry related experience with restoration/mitigation, construction, insurance, etc. (not required) -Demonstrate a clear practice of customer service, to include written and verbal communication skills. -Licensed to operate a motor vehicle. -Ability to work within a team or independently, as needed. -Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be willing to adapt to changing work environments. -Experience with computers, smartphones, and tablets. -Willingness to work on call shifts, rotating weekly (evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.): ---scheduled out in advance, ---on-call incentive compensation provided. -Background check. Physical Demands -Frequent heavy lifting of items/materials when performing demo or moving contents. -Entering and navigating through tight spaces (i.e.: attics or crawlspaces). -Heights - working on roofs, occasionally. -Sustaining durations of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and/or kneeling.
