Sleep is very important to health and wellness. In honor of National Sleep Day, March 18th, YogaSix Hyde Park presents a Yoga centered Sleep Workshop, led by seasoned instructor Maggie V.
This 90-minute restorative workshop is designed to help promote relaxation to improve sleep. It leverages yoga nidra or “yogic sleep” techniques, including breathwork and relaxing poses to help release stress and tension in order to achieve better quality sleep.
