LEMONT, IL — The Lemont Park District will host its annual Frigid 5K, albeit virtually this year. The event will be held Dec. 14 through Dec. 28, and you can run a 5K on any of your favorite routes. It is $25 to sign up for the race, and all participants will receive a Frigid 5K hoodie sweatshirt. This race is the last in the "Be Safe Together" 5K series, which also included the Monster Mash 5K and the Hobble Gobble 5K. If you've participated in all three races, you can enter a raffle to win a prize.
