Miss America Judges Certification Clinic Join us Sunday March 20th in Cedar Falls at Oakridge Real Estate to learn more about the Miss America Organization judging process. Clinic presentation and certification provided by the Miss Iowa Scholarship Program. Attendees will be added to the database of Miss America certified judges for the state of Iowa. Contestants and parents are welcome to attend to get the inside scoop on what the MAO judges are looking for. MAO judges need to be re-certified each year. Advance Registration is recommended but not required. Advance registration per person $20.00 At the door registration $25. 00 All proceeds go to Miss Black Hawk Valley Scholarship Program.
