Providing a 1-Day Mini Wellness Retreat experience, Recenter With Us, created by Shay Hampton, Yoga Teacher, and Ashly Paul, Wellness Influencer, is designed to help you prioritize your mental health, gain practical lifestyle tools for a fulfilling life, and cultivate a social network for support on your holistic living journey. She has an extensive background in all things HR. On the personal development front, she enjoys helping individuals use logic to improve their lifestyles. In the corporate world, she helps big corporations save money by using proven strategies. Raised mostly by a single mom, the need for an education was embedded at a young age. She’s earned an Associate’s in Business Administration, Bachelor’s in Applied Management and a Master’s in Business Administration. Lynn is the first in her family to hold an executive role. Being the first hasn’t been easy and now she uses those experiences to help others navigate in their workplace. Currently, she resides in Atlanta, GA with her daughter, Isabella. After many life lessons, she’s definitely ‘feelin’ herself’ and wants that for others. Daily, she focuses on God, family and self care. She’s dedicated to making an impact on the people she encounters through positive actions and words of affirmation.
