As a Dock Representative/Expo Driver you will work on the docks downtown as a coordinator between ship sales staff and TEMSCO base. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Welcome and gather cruise ship guests and collect necessary guest information in a professional and engaging manner - Maintain strict timelines for tour operations - Effectively communicate with TEMSCO dispatch team and ship agents to ensure booking accuracy and seat capacity - Keep accurate record of daily passenger counts with ships and TEMSCO Dispatch - Safely transport guests to and from the downtown area, and follow all laws and company driving rules To be a successful TEMSCO Dock Representative/Expo Driver applicants should be: - Highly organized - Customer service oriented - A proactive problem solver - Able to work independently - A safe driver - Familiar with the Juneau area
