Wills for Heroes is a free legal clinic serving first responders offered by the North Carolina Bar Foundation. Wills for Heroes is a free legal clinic offered by the North Carolina Bar Foundation in which volunteer attorneys draft simple wills, health care power of attorney, and financial power of attorney documents for first responders and their families, free of charge. First responders who are eligible for this clinic include firefighters, law enforcement officers, and EMS personnel. This Wills for Heroes clinics will be an in-person clinic held at Duke University School of Law (210 Science Dr, Durham, NC 27708).
