Glynis Mills Teator, owner of Amazing Grazing NC, will be leading a charcuterie class while you relax and enjoy our beautiful restaurant! Join us and learn how to create beautiful edible masterpieces from one of Southern Wake's most talented charcuterie artists. You'll learn how to make charcuterie roses, fans, chains, & rosettes. Glynis will walk you through the proper way to arrange your boards for a balanced and visually appealing creation. A large charcuterie is $65, for just $20 more you will make an XL board with more meat & cheese and take home your charcuterie on a beautiful embossed Acacia wood board perfect for displaying your work. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies (such as gluten free) please be sure to let us know ahead of time so we can prepare alternative items for your board.
