MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester police responded to Winter Street for a report of a threatening incident Thursday. The victim accused Boulanger of grabbing a blowtorch, lighting it, and lunging at him. "He also said Boulanger made violent threats," said Heather Hamel, a spokesperson for the department.
