Free Food On behalf of the church of Christ, UCSD Medical and Project Vida presents Community Health & Wellness Fair! It's been so long since we've seen one another and what a better way to invite the community inside. We are focusing on you! Come join us at this free event for everyone. We are offering free health screening: blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, covid-19 testing, covid-19 vaccinations dental, mental health, substance abuse, and that's not all. We want to offer you a holistic approach to wellness. You will be able to meet with personal trainers, nutritionist and much more! Do you have a biz whose focus is on health for the family?
