Come out and join us for a night of fine bourbon and gourmet fare at Lonesome Dove Western Bistro. Through the night, you’ll enjoy a 4-course meal crafted by our Chef De Cuisine Jason Scott, each course is paired with a signature Garrison Brothers Bourbon. Meanwhile Dan Garrison will share the tale of how he built the first legal bourbon distillery in Texas from the ground up and teach you all you need to know about nosing and tasting fine bourbon!
