Deep Stretch Yoga class taught by Mandi Murrow, is a class with a series of long slow hold poses to deepen your practice.
Class starts at 5:15 ...Deep Stretch is a class with Yin style yoga poses help for longer amounts of time to allow for meditative deep breathing for muscle recovery for athletes or to deepen your practice for yogis and to lengthen muscles for newbies. All levels are welcome. Bring a yoga mat, and nay props that you would like to bring, such as bolsters, blankets or blocks. There are some props available at the studio to borrow.
