Seeking Aussie shep mix adopted out of del Norte

My puppy was kidnapped this summer and after alot of tracking I found out that she had been left in crescent city by her kidnappers tied to a pole then brought to Del Norte animal shelter, then brought to hopes haven in Salem Oregon, brought back down to Del Norte animal shelter then adopted out, we tried to get the shelter to contact the people who adopted her and let them know we are offering $500 for our puppy back (we thought they might be inclined as they most likely were not fully aware of what they were getting themselves into when they got her as she's not very friendly and will bite almost everyone including and especially children) if you or someone you know ended up with her please let me know! Her name is chewie but the shelter had her named "promise" I believe she is about 2 years old and is an Australian shepherd mix and we love her dearly and miss her terribly!
