More and more employees are demanding work flexibility. How do you achieve and maintain operational excellence with a remote workforce? According to Ernst & Young, we are in the most challenging of times where workers are not willing to return to the office for a job that they can do from a remote location. Work-life flexibility, as we enter the endemic stage of COVID-19, has moved high in worker priority as technology has proven that in many cases, results can be achieved remotely. However, how do we manage and motivate a remote workforce? What questions do we need to address to maintain operational excellence?
