The Health Empowerment Tour-Mind, Body, Spirit--Be inspired, Be Informed, Be Empowered! Join us Sat., April 23 at this FREE Community Event. The 19th annual Health Empowerment Tour will make a stop in Pinewood, SC on Saturday, April 23 . The event is FREE to attend but registration is required. The Health Empowerment Tour will be held at the Pinewood Community Center, 130 Epperson Lane. Doors will open at 8:30am and the event will begin at 9:00am. Arrive when doors open and get a chance to win some great Early Bird Door Prizes. Other door prizes will be given throughout the day. It will be an exciting and fun-filled day of inspiration, information and empowerment. You'll get sessions on Nutrition and Healthy Eating, Mental and Emotional Wellness, Stroke Prevention, Staying Physically Active and more. Feel free to invite friends to register and attend with you. Space is limited and registration is required. Lunch will be provided, and we will adhere to CDC recommended COVID-19 guidelines.
