Description

Hiring a Maintenance Technician for beautiful apartment communities in Sioux Falls. You would be responsible for completing work orders and managing preventative maintenance for residents at two market rate properties. Duties include plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and snow removal. Position is full-time, Monday through Friday. On-call rotation is every other month for 2 weeks.
