45th annual World's Shortest and Smallest St. Patrick's Day parade The parade itself consists of three walkers - Parade founder Mr. Pat Meyer, long-time participant Jim Wallace, and a special guest parade marshal TBA. One of these participants will be carrying an Ice Cream Float! The route runs from the former Lowe's Drug Store across Main Street to The Keg, Blue Downtown Blue Springs' oldest tavern. The Parade route measures 66 feet and usually lasts around 1 minute.
