The McKee Administration is working hard to eliminate the current disparities and barriers that have persisted for Small Business Owners in historically disadvantaged groups and marginalized communities. Improving the Procurement Process & Enforcement of the Procurement Laws. Under the guidance of Governor Daniel McKee, a well-though out vision for RI has been captured in the RI 2030 Plan to, among other things, transform our State into a far better and more equitable place for Minority Businesses & Entrepreneurs to live, work, invest and grow.
