SILVER SPRING, MD — A 13-year-old was reported missing in Silver Spring and Montgomery County Police are asking for the public's help to find her. Katie Michelle Ramos Rodriguez was last seen Thursday in the 11200 block of Rose Lane in Silver Spring. She is 5-foot-4 and has black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a gray sweatshirt, black pants, and Crocs when she was last seen, authorities said.
