Beware of lawsuit happy slumlord in Navarre. Especially that owns an old house on Harper Dr off River Rd. He doesn’t fix anything, sues you when you get tired and move. His homes have feces coming back up thru shower. He ignores you until you leave then he files A suit against you to add to the hundreds and hundreds he has in escambia and Santa Rosa County! Apparently he’s padding the pockets of the judge in the Santa Rosa court system because he will pretend to hear your side but naturally the said slumlord wins the case. Beware : Tinsley Properties!!!!!! He will promise you the moon but will screw u asap
