FREDERICKSBURG, VA — There's no age limit on the love of a pet. Luigi, an 11-year-old dog available through the Fredericksburg SPCA, knows that better than anyone. Luigi is currently in a foster home. There, he gets along well with kids and cats. "He loves to give tender kisses and lounge with his feline friends in his foster home," the Fredericksburg SPCA.
