End of Season Celebration for Melanin IN Motion Winter 2022 Participants at the Trailhead with Special Guests, Zeb Powell / Selema Masekela Join Melanin In Motion families and leaders (on Friday March 18) as we celebrate Winter 2022 with special guests Burton Snowboard ambassadors - X-Games Announcer, Selema Masekela, and Pro Snowboarder Zeb Powell! Powell has become “the face of Black snowboarding.” He does not take that lightly. In a sport whose most famous athletes often are white and usually hail from the world's most impressive mountain ranges, Zeb Powell, a Black Southerner, is one of snowboarding's fastest rising and most recognizable talents. We will Celebrate Melanin In Motion Program Participants, Coaches and supporters. Dinner is included for Melanin Motion youth participants and available to all from Mill Valley at the Trailhead. Saturday the 19th we will host the Wave to Winter Snowboard compettion.
