The Rogers County Historical Society presents "The Butler Did It", a murder mystery and dinner!
Gangsters are hiding out in Claremore in order to elude the feds. Crime boss, Mr. Big, of St. Louis has called a meeting at the Belvidere Mansion with the leaders of rival bootlegging outfits. The gathering of crime bosses is certain to end in murder, so local sleuths are needed to solve the case. If you are a super sleuth then please join us for a mystery dinner and prepare to solve the crime. Dress in your best 1920s garb and enjoy a delicious filet mignon dinner with the show immediately following.
The production is an original creation from the sinister mind of local playwright Mark Ogle. Ogle has written over 40 productions for community theatre and has raised money for numerous non-profit charities including the Rogers County Historical Society. This year’s proceeds will go toward funding projects for the R.C.H.S. and for the historic Belvidere Mansion. It is sure to be a night of fun for a good cause, so buy your tickets now and help us solve the mystery!
