Primary duties include, but are not limited to: • Strictly follow safety instructions/ practices, and company policies • Required to wear all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) • Show up on time to job site and trainings • Ability to operate a forklift or scissor lift (We will provide annual training/ certification) • Ability to work around tenants equipment and/ or machinery • Must have reliable transportation • Ability to work days 40 hours weekly with some overtime (some jobs require working evenings and/or some weekends) • Must be able to work at heights up to 30’ on man-lifts, ladders, scaffolding, while installing hardware at roof structures from inside the building • Frequent standing, bending, walking, reaching above and below shoulder level, repetitive hand-use for simple grasping and power grasping for up to 3- 6 hours a day • Occasional sitting, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting at the neck and waist, using fine hand manipulation and pushing and pulling using hands • Lifting frequently, 0-25 lbs., approx. 5’ high • Lifting occasionally, 26-75 Lbs., approx. 4’ high • Carrying frequently, 0-25 lbs., approx. 20’ • Carrying occasionally, 26-75 lbs., a distance of approx. 10’ • Work with paint, epoxy, welding, concrete and dust – Must wear a respirator, when performing these tasks DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • 0+ years’ experience in Construction • MUST be willing to learn • Ability to multitask • Reliable
