Suspect In Deadly Shooting Outside HoCo Bar Turns Himself In

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — The suspect in a deadly shooting outside a Jessup bar last week has turned himself in to police. Antonio Stephon Harrod, 36, of Jessup, has been charged with first- and second-degree murder and weapon violations. He is being held without bond at the Howard County Detention Center. Police believe Harrod and the victim, Jesus Oisreal Freeman, 35, of Glen Burnie, were acquaintances and argued in the parking lot of Wing's sports Bar.
