Where can I get water based RAL Paint?

I need a couple of aerosol cans of water based spray paint in a specific RAL color. RAL is a European standard color palette similar to Pantone. Where can I buy this? Does water based paint come in spray cans at all? If not, a small can would be the next best thing.
