We are a fast growing company looking for one or more energetic, determined, engaging individuals to join our home services business. This is a full-time (Tuesday-Saturday, or Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30) year-round position with significant time off opportunities if desired. Pay ranging from $22 - $35 depending on experience level. New hires are typically paired with an experienced technician, starting out at $22 / hour, then after 2-3 months they transition into their own company vehicle and work on your own, earning $25 - 30 / hour. Once they are experienced enough to be a crew leader and train others, pay increases to $30 - 35 / hour. Our experienced technicians currently average $65 - 70k / year including performance bonuses. A company truck, work clothing and company phone are provided, as well as health insurance, paid time off, and sick days. Most of our jobs are in West Seattle, but we also service Capitol Hill, Mercer Island, Bellevue, and the surrounding areas. Job duties include window, roof and gutter cleaning, pressure washing, as well as Christmas lights installation and removal. Duties vary throughout the year and no day is the same! You must be an athletic and strong individual. Navigating roofs and lifting heavy loads are a daily part of this job. You must also be completely unafraid of heights. Experience with ropes and safety protocols is a plus. You must be engaging and personable day in and day out. You also must have educational and/or relevant work history with a solid track record of communication skills as well as excellent references. A clean driving and criminal record is also required.
